What is non-standard product ?

Each customer's actual business and store address are different, and their internal space is also different, so their needs are different.

For inquiries regarding furniture procurement or needs that cannot be met by standard products, you can contact us to provide procurement consulting services or customized design and production solutions.

Freight and Taxes ! ! ! !

Please contact our store's salesperson to inquire about shipping fees, taxes, and delivery time to your delivery address.

If you see that the shipping cost is very high, please ignore it because it is not the actual shipping cost. This is a high shipping cost set by us to prevent buyers from placing orders directly.

Because we do not know the buyer's shipping address, we are unable to calculate the cost of shipping the goods to the buyer's shipping address. The main issue is that the shipping cost for large items can vary greatly depending on the shipping address.

We provide customized services, with no additional charges for basic customization. For non basic customization, we will provide buyers with implementation solutions and corresponding additional fees.

When the buyer confirms the final customization plan and final cost, and intends to place an order for payment, we will provide the buyer with an link for payment.
